Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat stated budget reviews in general policy of 2016 City Budget (APBD)'s priorities and preliminary thresholds (KUA PPAS) which proposed by Regional Working Unit (SKPD) was done for the sake of citizens interest.

Each SKPD should explain their programs well during APBD’s discussion meeting

He uttered, through evaluation process, development program will more focus and sharp.

“Each SKPD should explain of their programs well during APBD’s discussion meeting. They can explain to board member about budget cuts which it is City Administration policy,” he expressed in the executive meeting, Monday (11/23).

Hidayat added, though it is already through the evaluation and will be discussed in a joint budget meeting along Legislative Council, there is a possibility of any potential of inappropriate budget passed.

He asserted not to run program with inappropriate budget.

“Lock the inappropriate yet unnecessary budget,” he exclaimed.
