Senayan Golf Field Hasn't Paid Tax Amounting Rp 8 B

Central Jakarta Tax Service Sub-Department installed notification signpost of Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) tax evaders on Senayan Golf field, Jalan Asia Afrika, Tanah Abang. The golf management has not paid tax amounting Rp 8 billion.

Some Waivers Given to Tax Arrears

Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede conveyed the current tax realization in Central Jakarta has reached 98 percent.

“This is as an example for others taxpayers to pay their taxes immediately,” he exclaimed, Tuesday (11/24).

Pardede admitted that warning had been given against owner for many times but until the deadline they have not paid the the tax.

“We’ll remove the signpost if they pay the tax,” he expressed.

Relaying on Beritajakarta.com observation, the officers seen installing the signpost at the entrance. The installation run smoothly without any protest from the owner.

Head Director of Senayan Golf, Suwito conveyed that his side has a willingness to pay but because there is a decline in the use of its own golf field. “We’ll pay it but we ask some relief,” he disclosed.
