14 Blocks of Flat Built in Pulogebang

The construction of flats in Rawa Bebek, Pulogebang, East Jakarta begins. As many as 14 blocks of flat are built by three different institutes.

It is targeted to be done in December 2015 and in early January 2016 it can already be used by residents

Head of Flat Technical Management Unit Regional 3 for Jakarta Housing and Government's Building Department, Sayid Alo stated that 6 blocks are built by Public Works and People Housing Ministry (Kemenpura), 4 blocks by the department, and 4 blocks by PT Summarecon.

"6 blocks are built by Public Works Ministry as the beginning step. It is targeted to be done in December 2015 and in early January 2016 it can already be used by residents," he stated, Friday (11/27).

Each of block has 5 floors with 25 units in each of the floor. So that the total of units in the 6 blocks is 750 units. "It's intended to Infrastructures and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers who are still single," he said.
