Kuningan Tower In Arrears Tax Rp 1 Billion

Kuningan Tower at Jalan HR Rasuna Said, Karet Kuningan Urban Village, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, was installed with announcement signpost of tax defaulter since it is in arrears of Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax up to more than Rp 1 billion.

The tax arrears is Rp 1,017 billion, it's supposed to be paid off on October 31

Mayor of South Jakarta, Tri Kurniadi stated that the signpost installation was conducted simultaneously in 10 sub-districts including at the tower.

"The tax arrears is Rp 1,017 billion, it's supposed to be paid off on October 31. But it has still not been paid until this time, thus we installed the signpost," he stated at Kuningan Tower, Setiabudi, Monday (12/7).

Furthermore, his side will give a time until December 30. If within the time the tax is not paid, then it will be handed over to court.

"If the tax is not paid until the deadline, then it'll be processed in court," he asserted.
