Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama claimed that all the process of althetes guesthouse contruction in Kemayoran has been ready. Jakarta Provincial Government, Basuki said, now only needs to wait land handover for constructing the guesthouse.

"We have no problem, just hand over the land to us," he said, at City Hall, Monday (12/28).

He told PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) has done the construction auction. The winner has also been decided that was PT Wijaya Karya.

"The auction winner is PT Wijaya Karya. The design and the auction are done, the groundbreaking can be anytime. But the land is unavailable," he told.

Previously, Commission II of House of Representatives did not give permission on construction of flat for low-income citizens (MBR) in Kemayoran. As planned, the flat will be functioned first to accomodate athletes performing in Asian Games 2018.
