9 Patrolling Boats On Standby Securing New Year's Eve Celebration

Seribu Islands Resort Police is alerting 9 patrolling boats to secure new year's eve in Seribu Islands waters.

"Those boats are alerted to prevent public security and order interruption since early and as law enforcement  if the interruption occurred at any time," said Chief of Seribu Islands Resort Police, AKBP John Weynart Hutagalung, Tuesday (12/29).

He explained, of the 9 boats, 5 mobile boats conduct monitoring and patrolling islands, while 4 others will be alerted at the police headquarters, Marina Ancol Pier, North Jakarta.

"Those 4 boats on standby are for moving quickly when big scale incident happens," he he explained.
