Bylaw Must Compliance with Pancasila & the 1945 Constitution

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat conveyed to form the Bylaw all over Indonesia that should refer to Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945). Thus the bylaw is in accordance with the state of local residents.
