"I'm targeting to allocate Rp 1 trillion as business capital aid this year. We hope it could be an economic stimulus for peddler," he said, when he witnessed an agreement signing of business credit in Kramat Jati Market, East Jakarta, Friday (3/4).

According to him, if the credit repayment is smooth, its amount can be increased each year. If they late to pay, they will be crossed out from PD Pasar Jaya.

CFD Considered Effective to Promote UKM Products

Bank DKI Director, Kresno Sediarsi said, since January until March 4, his side had allocated Rp 300 billion. The aid was given to 320 peddlers in 21 markets.

"We are optimistic to achieve Mr. Governor's target. We are cooperating with PD Pasar Jaya and Jakarta Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives (KUMKMP) Dept. Because they have peddler data," he stated.

His side will also visit other traditional markets in Jakarta, to conduct socialization and provide credit business. Data collection would also be done to speed up its process.
