Ahead of a long weekend that falls on March 25-27, 2016, train ticket heading to West, Central and East Java are sold out.

According to Bambang S Prayitno, Head of Public Relation for PT KAI Daops 1, train departure dated on March 24 from Gambir Station only leaves Argo Jati and Cirebon Express trains (Jakarta-Cirebon) and Argo Parahyangan (Jakarta-Bandung). While from Pasar Senen Station at the same date only leaves Menoreh train (Jakarta-Semarang) and Tegal Express train (Jakarta-Tegal).

As for the train departure from Pasar Senen Station dated on March 25, his side prepares some trains, starting from Majapahit (Jakarta-Malang), Menoreh (Jakarta-Semarang), as well as Gumarang (Jakarta-Surabaya). It is predicted seat availability for Menoreh train reaches 90 percent.
"For train ticket dated on March 26-27, there are only Matarmaja, Gaya Baru Malam, Brantas, Kertajaya, Bengawan, Progo, and Tawang Jaya are sold out, and the rest are still available," he stated.
