N. Jakarta Headmen Get Socialization About Score Card & KPI

All the headmen who spread in North Jakarta get socialization about score card and key performance indicator (KPI), Wednesday (6/8).

Hence, I urge them to immediately fill the score card

North Jakarta Government Assistant, Rusdianto disclosed, besides socialization, the headmen also simultaneously carry out the verification results of data collection of key performance indicator.

"Performance score for civil servant is using KPI system. Therefore, all employees must understand the KPI operation, as it will facilitate the work," he expressed.

Civil Servant’s Allowance Based on KPI

Aside that, they have a score card that is used for performance valuation. There are 16 indicators with six variables that assessed in score card, including data collection and planning.

"Hence, I urge them to immediately fill the score card," he stated.

As for the score card schedule for data recording, will begin in May-June. Then for planning and target implementation will be conducted in the upcoming July-November and valuation in the upcoming December.
