Basuki Prioritizes to Reshuffle Headmen

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama, disclosed he prioritizes to reshuffle the headmen in the capital. Nevertheless, the test for civil servants (PNS) who want to be promoted remain to be done.

Basuki revealed that test for PNS is indeed conducted periodically which aims to know their skills and as official stock if they are needed anytime. "If the better is zero, the previous headman won't be replaced," he stated.

Some officials, he added, are getting good score, yet reluctantly promoted. They are comfortable with the old position but still have maximum performance. "Lots are nice. And some of them do not want to move, they were pleased. There were not willing to be promoted," he said.

As known, as much as 50 PNSs passed assessment to fill echelon-II. As for those who pass for urban village head, are reaching 317 employees and 114 employees for sub-district head.
