"Apartment construction in Cipinang Market is actually more for the use of the room," he expressed, after inauguration of rice processing machine at Cipinang Market, Friday (6/17).

According to him, the construction will not influence the current warehouse. This is because the apartment built on it. The reason is a land as wide as 16 hectares is potential to apartment project. The employee and worker can stay in apartment with cheaper cost.

From apartment, the city can also get a hug profit. The money could be used for education, food and transportation.
