As many as 20 PPSU personnel of Rawabunga Urban Village, Jatinegara were deployed to clean demolition debris at Kober cemetery, Thursday (8/18).
PPSU personnel are also assisted by Satpol PP and agency’s Pamdal personnel
As reported earlier, about 35 illegal buildings at the cemetery were demolished.
Mostly the debris are wood, plywood, and asbestos. Personnel also pruned trees at the cemetery.
35 Illegal Buildings at Kober Cemetery DismantledRawabunga Urban Village Head, Agustina, said her side deployed four dump trucks to transport the debris. Two trucks are owned by Sub-dept. of Cleanliness and another two trucks are owned by Sub-dept. of City Park and Cemetery of East Jakarta.
“PPSU personnel are also assisted by Satpol PP and agency’s Pamdal personnel,” she said.
According to her, the debris was transported to Bantar Gebang dump site, Bekasi. It is targeted the effort to complete today.
