Water of Rawa Babon Reservoir, Ciracas, East Jakarta that overflowed after heavy rain poured lately, has flooded a residential at Jl Darusalam, RT 11/04 Ciracas.

Mayor of East Jakarta, Bambang Musyawardana disclosed, overflowing water is because the reservoir cannot accommodate rainwater in large quantities.

According to him, East Jakarta Water Management Sub-dept has deployed one mobile pump to handle the flood.
"We've sent mobile pump with a capacity of 250 liters per second. We'll also make a small channel near the sluice," he stated.
