As a result, the service had to be closed at 2 AM. Thus at around 5 PM, it can be served. They who have not been served could come on the next day.
"Our tool is often malfunctioned thus long queue happens. While we also need more officer here. Ideally it should be additional device and human resource for fast service," she explained.
Head of East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept, Ahmad Fauzi admitted he would send officer to check out the device.
