Political Complaint Must Be Completed with Two Evidence

Jakarta Acting Governor, Sumarsono acknowledged will not be hasty in taking action, if there is a report of Civil Servants (PNS) involved in political practice. According to him, the report must be accompanied by a minimum of two items of evidence.

He disclosed, if it is not completed with evidence, his party cannot take action. But if it otherwise, he will give dismissal sanction.

Thus far, he has not received report about PNS who involved in political. There are only a few complaints via SMS.

"The complaint is not completed with evidence and indication," he explained.

The sanction would be given in accordance with the concerned. First sanction is warning, promotion postponement and demotion. If the concerned person is involved directly, we will dismiss as PNS.

"I am very serious. Because democracy cannot be developed well if the apparatus including Pilkada such as Bawaslu and KPU is not neutral," he disclosed.
