Jakarta Transportation Dept will still impose odd-even system at Jl Jenderal Sudirman and MH Thamrin tomorrow, Friday (11/4).

Demo will begin at noon, but we remain impose odd-even system in the morning

"Demo will begin at noon, but we remain impose odd-even system in the morning. This is situational, if the demonstrator already done their action, it is impossible to be imposed," said Head of Jakarta Transportation Dept, Andri Yansyah, Thursday (11/3).

According to him, to manage traffic, as many as 300 personnel would be sent. The number will be added from five sub-departments with total personnel about 250 people.

Odd-Even Offender Has Decreased Significantly Since August

"We'll spread them at points that used as demonstration. Thus traffic can be controlled," he stated.

Several roads that become the focus are along Jalan Jendral Sudirman until Jalan MH Thamrin, Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Jalan Medan Merdeka Utara, Istiqlal Mosque area, Monas area, etc.
