Mass Inauguration in Jakarta Govt will Be Done By the End of this Year

Following the issuance of bylaw about the new regional apparatus, Jakarta Acting Governor, Sumarsono is going to conduct the mass inauguration of all officials under Jakarta Provincial Government by the end of the year.

"I will do mass inauguration by the end of this year," he stated, at City Hall, Friday (11/25).
Sumarsono apologized to the ranks of officials under Jakarta government who do not get the post again. This is because the new bylaw is about downsizing official.
Downsizing Plan on SKPD Is Adjusted to Workload"But we will choose the best among the good. We are sorry if there are one or two that do not have a place due to unprofessional and should be eliminated in this downsizing," he expressed.
He added, in 2017, Jakarta government will run with the new organizational structure, the new budget, and the new personnel.
"This is total change that we expect. So, next year is not about new year, but also new spirit, new budget, new organization and new personnel," he uttered.
In addition, the City Council (DPRD) is targeting to ratify the bylaw on regional apparatus on December 13. Then Jakarta government would issue several Gubernatorial Regulations as a derivative of the regulations.
