127 Plots of Land Acquired for MRT Project

As many as 127 plots of land that spread in South Jakarta will be acquired for project of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT). These plots are located in Pulo, Gunung, Cipete Selatan, Pondok Pinang, Gandaria Selatan, Lebak Bulus and Cilandak Barat urban villages.

South Jakarta Mayor, Tri Kurniadi disclosed, 127 plots will be paid through fund of Bina Marga Dept amounting to Rp 250 billion for 102 plots and Transportation Dept Rp 50 billion for 25 plots. It is targeted could be disbursed next week, precisely at least before December 15, 2016.
"Today, there are 127 plots of land will be processed using appraisal price that has been set Rp 300 billion," he stated, when he attended announcement of appraisal price, counseling and document research at the office of South Jakarta City Land, Tanjung Barat, Jagakarsa, Monday (11/29).

"The 127 plots will be used for Lebak Bulus Station, H Nawi, Block A, Cipete Raya, Fatmawati, Sisingamangaraja and Lebak Bulus Depot. At the end of 2015, there are 289 left, and 127 other plots will be priority today," he finished.
