Mampang-Kuningan Underpass Immediately Began

The construction of Mampang Prapatan-Kuningan Underpass, South Jakarta, will begin soon. It is predicted to spend Rp 200 billion.

It is targeted will be complete this year

It will be made into 800 meters with 20 meters wide or four lanes. It is deemed able to smoothen vehicle traffic from Mampang towards Kuningan or vice versa.

Officers Will Be Alerted at Kartini Underpass Construction

Based on Beritajakarta.com, Thursday (1/12), underpass project has been announced through banners that put in traffic light of Jl Buncit Raya and Jl Kuningan Barat.

Jakarta Bina Marga Dept Head, Yusmada Faizal disclosed Mampang Prapatan-Kuningan Underpass has been under contract since November 18, 2016. It is part of six at-grade junction interchanges.

"It is targeted will be complete this year," he expressed.

Those six at-grade junctions which will be conducted consist of three flyovers and three underpasses. They are Pancoran, Bintaro and Cipinang Lontar. As for underpass there are Mampang Prapatan-Kuningan, Matraman-Salemba and Kartini or junction of Pondok Indah towards Ciputat.
