City Secretary, Saefullah asked Jakarta Human Resources Development and Education Department (BPSDM) keeps providing training to every employee thus has competence in accordance with the need to improve the development, service, and community empowerment.

"To the dept. section, if some staffs or echelon IV and III are invited to undergo diklat, they have to get permission, because this is the right of them," he stated.
Jakarta BPSDM Head, Budihastuti stated, it does not only educate and train in the class or face to face.
"Almost all of the training we developed, there is always a charge for soft competency, attitude and behavior reinforcement. Building team should be strong, integrity thus can serve the public well," she stressed.
"Development of competence and certification will make those (ASN) who are professional and helpful, but not only organization performance but for themselves," she uttered.
