Seribu Islands Regent, Budi Utomo asked sub-district and urban village heads in his working area to provide written warning to residents, especially fishermen when bad weather comes.

"Must increase vigilance. Don't get tired of reminding citizens," he expressed, Tuesday (3/28).

He said that written warning when bad weather comes is regulated in Procedural Operational Standard (SOP). That is done thus fishermen not impose themselves to fish.

"We also keep educating the fishermen thus they want to wear life jacket when the weather is bad," he closed.
