"Every local government must improve the performance achieved," he said, when he served as a ceremony inspector for commemorating the Regional Autonomy Day's 21st anniversary that attended by hundreds of Jakarta Civil Servants at the IRTI Monas parking lot, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (4/25).
In that occasion, he expressed, the local government always focuses on efforts to improve the people's welfare, which is by improving the quality of public service, public empowerment and local economic competitiveness.

According to him, through theme "With Spirit of Regional Autonomy, We Improve Public Service Through E-Government, there are four meanings.
First, the regional autonomy must be able to improve public service performance in accordance with the public interests.
Second, public service improvement must be based on information and communication technology thus the public could increasingly get information easily, quickly and precisely.
Third, accuracy in the provision of public services based on E-Government, requiring the ability and integrity of any local government apparatus.
Lastly, efforts to improve the performance of public services based on E-Government will be able to realize the good and clean local government.
