Anti-illegal levies (pungli) socialization is conducted to Civil Servants (PNS) under serving Jakarta Goods and Service Procurement Agency (BPPBJ).
Saber Pungli Team I Vice Chairman, Supendi disclosed socialization is aimed to create clean governance and provide legal certainty to the public.

According to him, there are three factors of pungli. They are greed, opportunity and need. The pungli practice will make public confidence lower and drop off economic competitiveness.
"Despite there are legal bases such as, law, gubernatorial regulation until circular letter, but back again to us," he described.
Supendi asks BPPBJ employees should be more careful in terms of goods and service procurement. The reason, despite there has been the rejection of bribery and pungli practices, there could be still trying to influence civil servants.
"Bribes may come from the parties who manage the application and service in the procurement of goods and services," he explained.
He added it is a violation of the law in the category of corruption. If the actor is caught, he/she will be sanctioned strictly.
"That's like criminal threat. Aside that, there is administrative disciplinary sanction in accordance with Government Regulation No. 53/2010 on sanctions dismissal," he disclosed.
