North Jakarta Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Sub-dept. is intensively conducting arrangement towards a region. After passing through a mapping along January-May 2017, around 559 buildings are targeted to be controlled. 

We check them carefully whether they are violating building permit or not,

North Jakarta Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Sub-dept. Head, Kusnadi Hadipratikno details, 239 buildings have received warning letter, 185 buildings are sealed and 135 other buildings are given demolition warrant (SPB).

"Until now, there have no buildings get the demolition warrant," he stated, Friday (6/2). 

His sub-dept. is also routinely monitoring spatial planning in order to know its designation, either residence, store or other buildings.

"We check them carefully whether they are violating building permit or not," he closed.
