City Council asks Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) for Jakarta to intensify socialization about the important of blood donation to citizen.
For example, there are 106 members in City Council thus around 70-80 blood bags could be obtained
City Council Commission E Member, Meity Magdalena Ussu said, people who want to donate their blood could be increased if PMI could intensify their socialization.
"For example, there are 106 members in City Council thus around 70-80 blood bags could be obtained," he said in hearing meeting with Jakarta PMI at Commission E meeting room, Wednesday (10/4).
City Committed to Prevent and Act Against Integrated CorruptionJakarta PMI Secretary, Bambang Subekti responded, his side has reached the target in providing 1,000 blood bags every day. It could be reached by cooperation with private and state institutions.
"Blood stock is safe since we provide 4,000 blood bags for four days ahead. We also have schedule with blood donors in days off. We also cooperate with police, TNI, state and private sides," he closed.
