Jakarta Deputy Governor, Sandiaga Uno, conveyed three tips to success to develop good human resources.

Sandi disclosed that those three success tips are to build intellectual work by knowing and monitoring current events using technologies such as the Internet and others. Second, it is to develop the spirit and passion in carrying out the work given.

"Third, that is by developing and maintaining integrity in the work," he expressed, after closing the Education and Training (Diklat) for Pre-position Group III, Legal Dispute Settlement Diklat, and School Supervisor Diklat, at Technical Service Building, Jalan Abdul Muis, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (11/21).

He explained, integrity becomes an important point that must be maintained and transmitted to 70,000 civil servants (PNS), 93,000 freelancers (PHL) and contract workers, and 50,000 employees of Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) under Jakarta Provincial Government.

"This activity is the first step to create jobs that make honorary employees can be transmitted from informal sector to formal," he stated.

As for the information, the activity itself is consisting of 105 participants of School Supervisor Diklat, 240 participants of Education and Training for Pre-position Group III (K1-K2) and 89 participants of Legal Dispute Settlement Diklat.
