Around 10 RPTRAs will be built in West Jakarta this year. It will spend Rp 17,568,540,867 through 2018 APBD.

East Jakarta City Planning Head, Hartati said, lands that will be transformed into RPTRA are owned by Jakarta Provincial Government. Currently the winning planning consultant has been chosen, and they will work until May.

"The auction process for physical project contractors will be held from May-July. With physical construction, started from August until the end of the year," she stated, Tuesday (3/13). 

Lands that will have RPTRA are located on Jalan Bunga Rampai III, Malaka Jaya Urban Village (1,800 square meters width); at RW 16, Duren Sawit Urban Village (2,000 square meters width); in Bidara Cina Flat Tower (1,500 square meters width); RW 05, Rawabunga Urban Village (1,000 square meters width).

There are on Jalan Pandan, RW 09, Utan Kayu Selatan Urban Village (816 square meters width); Jalan Tangki, Cipayung Urban Village (30,000 square meters width), on Jalan Raya Cilangkap, RW 01, Cilangkap Urban Village (4,000 square meters width).

Then on Jalan Assyafiiyah, RW 06, Cilangkap Urban Village (9,470 square meters width); Jalan Penganten Ali, Gg. Bungur, RW 06, Rambutan Urban Village (5,800 square meters width) and Jalan Dahlia, RW 05, Kelapa Dua Wetan Urban Village (2,500 square meters width).

"We also proposed three other locations on Jalan Raya Munjul Cipayung, Jalan Raya Bogor and Jalan Lebak Sawah Cijantung," he stated.
