Starting today, broken PJU lamps can be reported via live chat service on the website.
4,701 LED SS Lamps will Be Installed in Pasar ReboSouth Jakarta PE Sub-dept. Head, Suryanto stated, this service can facilitate residents who want to complain. Live chat service can be accessed via website selatan.jakarta.go.id/sudinpe.
"Residents need a faster service. Besides, gadget users are increasing with range from children to elders," he expressed, Wednesday (7/18).
This newly launched service is innovated by South Jakarta PE Sub-dept. His side deploys six personnel to respond any complaints from residents.
"We divided six personnel into three shifts. So any report will be responded within 24 hours," he informed.
According to him, this service can cut the complaint flow. Because previously, broken PJU lamps complaint procedure was quite long.
"It is to complete the existing services such as Qlue and call center. While live chat is not only a one-way communication," he added.
He explained, this innovation is one of developed projects running. This live chat service is planned as a pilot for other PE Sub-dept. in different regions.
