West Jakarta targets to complete Jembatan Besi and Jembatan Lima Urban Village offices construction this year with budget Rp 17.5 billion. Auction for construction planning and monitoring is expected to complete in March.

"We hold auction for construction monitoring this month," said M. Riadi, West Jakarta Governance Section Head, Monday (2/4).

He plans to start auction for building construction on June or after planning and monitoring have been completed.

"We estimate process from physical auction to contract to take about two months," he conveyed.

While construction coul d be started in early August and expected to complete in end of December.

"Ideally, urban village office construction needs six months to complete, but we want tender winner to complete it until end of 2019," he stated.
