This year, Jakarta Housing and Settlement (PRKP) Department is about to develop an Information Technology-based flat service system.

Jakarta PRKP Department also uses this online service system to monitor flat occupants

Jakarta PRKP Department Head, Kelik Indriyanto explained, this system is used to facilitate flat occupants and administrators to access information about occupants data, retribution payment information, and others in one system through website.

Meanwhile Jakarta PRKP Department's Coaching, Control, and Community Participation Division Head, Meli Budiastuti mentioned, Flat Management Unit (UPRS) in each flats should be an admin who input all flat occupants data to the system.

"Jakarta PRKP Department also uses this online service system to monitor flat occupants. All data is received accurately and in real time," she said.

She explained, this website-based online service system is also equipped with various features such as water bill. Her side is targeting to implement this online system in October.
