"I have started fishing since 10 AM. So far I've already got four medium-sized catfish by giving earthworm bait," he expressed, Thursday (3/7).

Meanwhile, Afif Yahya, a citizen of Kemayoran Sub-district expressed that he came fishing after getting information about the opening of the Istiqlal Sluice Gate.

"If the gate is opened, there will be lots of catfish. I've got seven so far," he told.

Yes, the quality of water is getting better, surely it would make the fish and other organisms can live and breed.

Surely the number of fish here can be used by people for fishing activities. Besides giving its own entertainment, fish can also be consumed.

Which is why people need to take part and contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of the river. At least, by not littering.
