Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) cooperates with PD. Dharma Jaya and PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya to distribute subsidized food assistance for Thousand Islands residents by holding cheap food operation on July 15-24.

Thousand Island residents who are allowed to receive subsidized food can order it now

KPKP offers subsidized food assistance through cheap food market in several Children-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces (RPTRA)s in Thousand Islands: Tidung Ceria RPTRA in Tidung Island, Amiterdam RPTRA in Untung Jawa Island, Nyiur Melambai RPTRA in Kelapa Island, Tanjung Elang RPTRA in Pramuka Island, Klanceng Putih RPTRA in Lancang Island, and Harapan Widya Bahari RPTRA in Harapan Island.

Here are the cheap food operation schedule:

1. On Monday, July 15, 2019 in Tidung Island

2. On Wednesday, July 17, 2019 in Untung Jawa Island, Lancang Island, and Harapan Island

3. On Monday, July 22, 2019 in Pari Island and Panggang Island

4.On Wednesday, July 24, 2019 in Kelapa Island

In this cheap food operation, Jakarta KPKP Department Head, Darjamuni mentioned to distribute 4,062 rice packages; 3,770 kilograms of meat; 4,042 chickens; 4,065 egg trays; 3,228 kilograms of fish; and 3,041 boxes of milk.

"Thousand Island residents who are allowed to receive subsidized food can order it now and they can buy as many as they want since there is no quota limit. Those who have ordered it can receive the packages on July 10 based on selected RPTRA as scheduled," he explained, Tuesday (7/16).

He hopes this program can assist Thousand Islands residents to fulfill their needs of food and improve their nutritional intake in affordable prices.
