This year, Jakarta Youth and Sport Department (Dispora) plans to implement vertical building system for sports centers revitalization.

Regarding revitalization plan, his side will try implementing vertical building system in five sports centers as the pilot project. Those are East Jakarta Sports Center on Jalan Otista Raya, Jatinegara; Central Jakarta Sports Center on Jalan Stasiun Senen; North Jakarta Sports Center on Jalan Yos Sudarso, Tanjung Priok; South Jakarta Sports Center on Jalan Bulungan, Kebayoran Baru; and West Jakarta Sports Center on Jalan H. Nurdin, Grogol Petamburan.

"Considering the land use, we will try to implement it this year. Number of floors built will depend on the needs," he conveyed.

He ensures sports centers which are built vertically to remain multi functional even though it is built on the limited size of land.
