West Jakarta Kominfotik Sub-district Head, Sugiono stated, there are 40 participants from Forum for Religious Harmony (FKUB), National Forum for Integration (FPK), Empowerment and Family Welfare (PKK), City Council, Karang Taruna, Urban Village Consultative Council (LMK) dan Community Early Awareness Forum (FKDM).

"This training is expected to improve their knowledge about information technology in form of teleconference," he conveyed, Tuesday (9/24).

West Jakarta Secretary, Eldi Andi assessed, communication via teleconference can save time and money.

"It can also improve our service to citizens in responding to citizens' complaints in th e government environment," he mentioned.
