He explained the recording, printing and distribution of the card was carried out from October 2018 until the end of September 2019. To achieve the target until the end of the year, his party has prepared strategies and programs, including intensifying mobile services to RWs that have a population of over 5,000 people.
"We will do sweeping to get the actual data in October and is
targeted to be complete in December," he stressed.
