The East Jakarta Fire and Rescue Sub-agency held fire education towards 40 citizens in Gg. Randu, Kapitan Village, RT 03/04, Klender, Duren Sawit, on Thursday (10/10).
Those citizens were representatives of RT/RW, LMK, PKK TP cadres, Jumantik, Dasa Wisma, public figures and other elements of society.

They were educated about fire prevention and control in theory and practice, such as how to install a gas-stove regulator and how to install and choose electrical tools that are in accordance with the standards.
"We also teach them how to extinguish fires using a wet towel and a portable fire extinguisher (APAR)," he stated.
