"We have to build theater activities in Jakarta. Let's support theater studios in many places thus children are exposed to acting and reach even more broadly," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release.

He also appreciates the parents who supported their children playing in theater.

"Usually they (parents) encourage them to study science, whereas the science or art can run in balance. Thus, studying art, especially in theater, is also important," he explained.

Theater has a lifelong impact on children thus theater art cannot be separated from the child's life.

"Certainly they will have the added ability of being felt for a lifetime, specifically, in its imagination, the ability to work together in teams, as well as build self-confidence," he stated.

As for the information, the Children's Theater Festival is held for a week, precisely on October 8-14. It involves a theater group from the capital and the region that displayed the performing arts of talented children.
