West Jakarta Mayor, Rustam Effendi asks all of West Jakarta apparatuses to check condition of the channels, rivers, reservoirs and pump houses to anticipate rainy season in the near future.

He also encourages civil apparatuses to ensure channels and reservoirs located near their house have been cleaned and dredged thus it can hold the water optimally, especially when it rains.
