Corporate Communication Manager of PT. LRT Jakarta, Melisa Suciati stated, LRT's first commercial operation on Sunday (12/1) has run well, though some passengers do not understand and confuse how to buy ticket in the station.

Moreover, her side applies terms and condition for Single Journey Trip (SJT) card. Every passenger can buy this card by paying Rp 5,000 for the trip and Rp 15,000 for the card deposit fee that will be returned after passengers tap out from the station.
Card deposit fund can be redeemed by returning the card through ticket counter or Passenger Agent Office (PAO) or Ticket Vending Machine (TVM), as long as it is still in returning period.
"Deposit returning period is seven days after passengers tapping out from the station," she said.
For passengers who have electronic money card from Bank DKI, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, or BCA, can get in by tapping their card on the tap-in gate. Electronic money card's balance will be cut at Rp 5,000 when tapping out from the station.
"Those who want to continue the trip using Transjakarta can tap out at integration gate out," she mentioned.
