SDN 03 Kapuk Muara Headmaster, Melfa Christine appreciates school uniform assistance for total 1,225 students.

"All of our students are flood victims. Thus we really appreciate this assistance," she expressed, Friday (1/10).

Jakarta Communication Information and Statistics Department (Diskominfotik) Head, Atika Nur Rahmania mentioned, Gojek is the first on-demand company which distributes assistance in form of school uniforms and cleaning tools for schools affected by flood.

"We appreciate Gojek's fast response, thus students can continue their activities in school," she said.

Meanwhile, Shinto Nugroho, the Chief of Public Policy and Government Relations at Gojek explained, before distributing school uniforms to elementary, junior high, and senior high school students in Jakarta, his side also participated directly in raising funds, activating hundreds of volunteer teams, evacuating the victims, and distributing logistic assistance.

"Hopefully those uniforms can encourage students to study well even though their schools were affected by flood," he conveyed.
