"It refers to Governor Regulation No. 39/2014 about Division of Task Force of Regional Apparatus in Disaster Management," she conveyed, Tuesday (1/14).

According to her, LDP principles should be implemented in handling disaster victims, by identifying and assessing the flood victims, especially children, elderly, pregnant or breastfeeding mothers, whether their needs are fulfilled or not and exploring problems experienced by the survivors.

"LDP team also encourages the victims, especially children, to participate in activities such as drawing, playing games and puzzle, and singing," she explained.

Other things that should be concerned are LDP mechanism, preparation in delivering presentation, tools, identification and assessment forms for LDP activity.

"LDP teams can cooperate with different SKPDs or community volunteers," she said.
