The North Jakarta Environment Sub-agency is about to soon relocate the Kencana Disposal Waste Site (TPS) on Jalan Sungai Bambu Raya 08, Sungai Bambu, Tanjung Priok to the Cincin Reservoir TPS.

"This negotiation would be approved if the TPS was closed down. So far we're still cleaning garbage at the location," said North Jakarta Environment Sub-agency Head, A Hariadi, Tuesday (1/21).
Cleaning is expected to be complete soon. The waste disposal process has also been gradually directed to the Cincin Reservoir TPS.
"Relocation is targeted to be complete in February. We're also studying the construction of waste sorting under the toll road," he explained.
Tanjung Priok Sub-district Vice Head Sarpu added his side would continue to intensify socialization on its relocation. If it is done totally, waste disposal in Sungai Bambu, Kebon Bawang, Warakas and Papanggo areas to the Kencana TPS will be handled well.
"We will socialize it and will be rotating with the specified time disposal," he said.
