"There is a violator who don't wear mask and prefer to pay fine as much as Rp 100,000 rather than carry out social sanction," he added.
Technically, violators administrative fines can be paid through mobile banking or automatic teller machine (ATM) then submit the proof of payment to the local sub-district or Satpol PP Office at City Hall.
"All administrative fines are transferred to the regional treasury," he conveyed.
