JIC Mosque will Not Hold Sacrificial Animal Slaughtering

For this year's Eid al-Adha, Jakarta Islamic Centre (JIC) Mosque, Koja, North Jakarta will not carry out sacrificial animals (qurban) slaughtering activity as usual. It is to anticipate crowd when slaughtering and distributing qurban meat.
Hopefully it will be an initial step to build synergy and other cooperation with Rumah Zakat
Jakarta Islamic Centre Mosque Eid al-Adha 1441 H Committee Chairman, Aep Saefullah Fudhali mentioned, his side collaborated with Rumah Zakat Foundation by creating Superqurban program to facilitate people who want to sacrifice. Through this program, people can fulfill religious obligations in form of money that will be transferred to Rumah Zakat.
In this program, his side will receive qurban meat in form of canned rendang beef and corned beef that will be distributed directly to poor and disadvantaged people from JIC community and worshipers.
