Illegal Parking, 2 Private Cars Towed and 10 Vehicles Ticketed

Many trucks and visitor vehicles are parked illegally. And we immediately crack down them

The ranks of South Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department once again held raid against illegal parking around Pasar Kebayoran Lama, Monday (10/13).

"Many trucks and visitor vehicles are parked illegally. And we immediately crack down them," expressed Head of Supervision and Control Section for South Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department, AB Nahor, Monday (10/13).

In operation held more than 1 hour, personnel managed to tow two private vehicles type Honda Jazz B 8367 IS and Toyora Avanza B 2870 TC, as well as cast a speeding ticket towards 10 vehicles. "Both cars were towed due to we didn't see the owner and parked illegally. Then we bring them to Rawa Buaya. While for ticketing, is directly given to the owner on the spot," he asserted.

Nahor admitted, illegal parking around Pasar Kebayoran Lama is still difficult to be eliminated. Moreover, the existence of parking lot in such are is still lacking. "Parking lot must be built, but we still have difficulties to find empty land," he said.
