"If those want to get higher position, they have to run in the recruitment. If not, they would stay in the old post," he told.
He explains the mayor will conduct performance evaluations to the definitive urban village and sub-district heads in the capital. "If they have a bad performance, we will be replaced or mutated," he stressed.
His party does not have official data on the list of urban village and sub-district heads who participated in the 2014 open-call recruitment.
Until the registration deadline on Monday (10/13) at 12 AM, there were only 10,057 civil servants who have signed up themselves.
"Those 10,057 civil servants are from echelon-II, III, and IV and non-echelon. They will compete for 6,434 formations. As planned, the inauguration will be held by the end of this December," he uttered.
