PT. MRT Jakarta Builds Cooperation with Perum PPD

PT. MRT Jakarta cooperates with Pengangkut Penumpang Djakarta General Company (Perum PPD) to provide feeder system for public transport users in Jakarta.
This collaboration is related to a study on development of feeder system service for MRT Jakarta and Perum PPD
This cooperation has been agreed by signing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Wednesday (11/11) night.
"This collaboration is related to a study on development of feeder system service for MRT Jakarta and Perum PPD," stated Muhammad Effendi, PT. MRT Jakarta Operation and Maintenance Director, on Thursday (11/12).

He assessed that so far Perum PPD operated bus fleets with strict health protocols thus people do not hesitate to take public transportation.
Perum PPD President Director, Pande Putu Yasa conveyed, this cooperation was made to develop transportation services, including providing waiting area for PPD users in Jakarta MRT Station.
As well as conducting study on PPD bus service sales scheme through Jakarta MRT communication media channel and multi-mode integrated transportation service schemes, such as infrastructure, services, and tickets outside PPD buses and MRT Jakarta.
Now, people can continue to take PPD bus from Lebak Bulus Grab Station (under Gate E) to Scientia Square Park, Tangerang, Banten.
"We hope MRT Transjakarta users who want to continue their trip by taking Perum PPD buses can use drop-off and pick-up areas as their main option," he stated.
Thus people can take Perum PPD bus for Tangerang route from MRT Lebak Bulus Grab Station to go to Scientia Square Park (SQP), Serpong and Summarecon Mall Serpong (SMS).
Perum PPD buses depart at 6 AM, 7 AM, and 8 AM from SQP, SMS, then continue to Lebak Bulus Grab Station. From Lebak Bulus Grab Station, buses depart at 5 PM, 6 PM, and 8:20 PM. Passenger will be charged Rp 25,000 per trip.
