Jakarta Library and Archives Agency Head Wahyu Haryadi said, not all disabilities could be easily recognized and identified by their environment. Therefore, efforts were needed to recognize the fulfillment of disability rights.
"Librarians with disabilities that are built such as guiding blocks, disability-friendly access, information in the form of braille collections, and librarian for disabilities," expressed Jakarta Dispusip Head, Wahyu Haryadi, on the sidelines of a talk show commemorating International Disability Day, Thursday (12/13).

It was very important as a form of synergy between the government as a facilitator and users of the library with disabilities as users.
In the future, his agency would pay more attention to the provision of infrastructure for disabled users thus it was even more comfortable to enjoy library services and that even information needs in Jakarta could be met.
"By commemorating this International Disability Day, we can collaborate with each other to enhance partnerships in planning activities, concrete actions, efforts to benefit all people with disabilities internationally," he added.
As for the information, the talk show this time has the theme 'Literacy Room: Variety of Disabilities in Children, Visible or Not Visible?'. The speakers for the talkshow attended by 100 participants were Disability Observer, Jully Tjindrawan; Bina Grahita Belaian Kasih Social Institution Head, Sri Utami; and Iis R Soelaeman from the Celebral Palsy Home Community.
