Up to dozens of neighborhood units (RTs) in South and East Jakarta were inundated after a heavy downpour in the capital and the Ciliwung River overflowed on Monday (12/7) morning.
Jakarta BPBD's Center for Disaster Data and Information (Pusdatin) Head Mohammad Insaf said, based on the data gathered at 6 AM, 34 RTs were inundated with a water level of 10-80 cm.

Similar condition was also spotted in 18 RTs in Kampung Melayu Urban Village in East Jakarta with detailed, 4 RTs (10-30 cm high), 10 RTs (31-60 cm high), and 4 RTs (61-80 cm).
There were also 7 RTs in Bidara Cina Urban Village (10-20 cm high), 2 RTs in Cawang Urban Village (10-30 cm high) and 3 RTs (31-60 cm high).
